Property description: The walnut garden was planted in 2004, age of seedlings is 11 years now. The walnut trees are planted 10 meters in line and 12 meters between lines. Number of trees is 5137, all sorts (Chisinau 11,00 ha (17%), Calarasi 10,22 ha (17%), Costiujeni 10,3 ha (17%), Schinoasa 10,0 ha (16%), Kogălniceanu 10,00 ha (16%), Cazacu 10,36 ha (17%)) are recommended by Fruit-growing Research Institute of Moldova, well adopted to local climate, resistant to main diseases. They have high biological potential of productivity and excellent quality.

The average weight of walnut is 12.5-14.5 gram. Average content of fat oil is 70%.

Arable land (22 ha) is a consolidated plot, totally cultivated, with high fertility of soil (76-91 points). There are approved projects for building of two lakes here (8 ha and 1 ha). The big lake will get water from 5 springs that allows to water 100 ha. Average depth of lake will vary from 3 to 9 meters. Forecasted volume of water will be sufficient not only fro watering but also for industrial production of fish.
